Maybe you have found a home yourself. Please be aware that even a verbal agreement is binding under Dutch law. PASBMS offers to check your contract before you make a verbal or written commitment. This includes all necessary translations, negotiations and legislation. Upon acceptance of the home we join and support you to technically inspect your home and ensure that any necessary repairs are executed. Based upon your needs, we will register you for gas, water, electricity, cable TV, telephone and internet connections. We guide you all the way!
